The living room features a huge stone fireplace, lots of seating space & game area; the formal dining area sits 10 guests, or you can enjoy coffee in small groups in the breakfast nook.  The kitchen has all the latest appliances, including a gas stove, side by side refrigerator and dishwasher.

The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed; the second floor offers 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths (with sleeping for 12) and the third floor rooms are a perfect space for all the kids with 4 twins and 1 double bed, plus a group area between the rooms.

Located a short walk from the shores of Lake Tahoe and the Camp Richardson Marina, the Richardson House puts you in the middle of the action, just steps from the Mountain Sports Center, Coffee & Confectionery, Ice Cream Parlor, General Store, and The Beacon Bar & Grill.
