Consider Camp Richardson your Lake Tahoe headquarters for summer Tahoe fun in June. We specialize in offering good times all year long… but with the celebrations of fathers and graduates alike, we can’t help but make the unofficial proclamation that Camp Richardson is the place to be this June.
Take our old timey Ice Cream Parlor, for example. It’s now open for the summer season and is the ideal place to stage an impromptu social after graduation or even after a scenic cruise on the bike path that traverse the resort. By the way, our Mountain Sports Center is here to help get you and your crew on the trail with all kinds of bike rentals and outdoor recreation gear.

As we prepare to celebrate the fathers in our lives, look no further than Camp Richardson to help you with the perfect paternal pampering plan with a mix of Tahoe fun in June. Not sure what to get him for Father’s Day? How about an outdoorsy Lake Tahoe vacation at historic Camp Richardson or a scenic boat ride aboard one of our Rum Runner Cruise this summer? Need ideas on how to celebrate? Bring dad into the Beacon Bar & Grill for a pint of his favorite craft beer and a great meal with an even greater view of Lake Tahoe. On Father’s Day, June 21, we’ll be serving a special “manly” menu, sure to delight your Dad from 10:30am-5pm. Call for reservations at 530.541.0630.
The Valhalla Arts, Music & Theatre Festival opens at the nearby historic Heller Estate (Valhalla) on June 17th. Pick up some picnic goodies in Camp Richardson’s General Store on your way to one of the culture-rich performances this month. Opening night is June 17th with master Scottish fiddler Alasdair Fraser.
We’re looking forward to more fun in the sun as we splash into summer here at Camp Richardson. And don’t forget! The Forest Service is doing heavy tree work at multiple locations along Highway 89 near the resort. Plan ahead and be prepared for delays. Click here for more information.
