The Valhalla Arts, Music & Theatre Festival has a highly anticipated line up at the nearby historic Heller Estate (Valhalla) including free concerts on the lawn July 5th, 9th and 12th. Speaking of free concerts, Live at Lakeview free concert series takes place Thursdays on the beach at Lakeview Commons (with free bike valet to continue your celebrity-eque experience).
