Here at Camp Richardson Historic Marina & Resort, there’s always something going on that is just too good to not share. What with the property’s 120 acres of shoreline on Lake Tahoe, it’s time to start blogging about the year-round outdoor recreation and multitude of lodging we offer. Perhaps it’s no surprise we’ve just started this blog, since we’re a resort where disconnecting with the day-to-day in order to connect with others happens daily. But before you disconnect, this is your go-to spot to get the scoop on what we’re enjoying the most at Camp Richardson at the moment.
Subscribe to our blog to also get tasty news from the Beacon Bar & Grill, our year-round, lakefront restaurant home to the infamous frosty cocktail, the Rum Runner. You won’t want to miss the live music lineup on the deck! Whether coming for the day or staying for a week, the outdoor activities and dining options are seemingly endless.
Also tune in here for seasonal updates, like how our full-service marina’s boat, jet ski, kayak and stand up paddleboard rentals are getting ready for you, or how the Mountain Sports Center is able to outfit your entire family with bike rentals for the nearby forested trails that are open. In the winter months, we’ll give you the latest on our cross country ski and snowshoe trails and winter gear rentals.
Not only does Camp Richardson offer incredible beauty and outdoor activities, it’s also one of the few historic sites around Lake Tahoe where you can stay.
