Go Ice Skating Under the Stars

What could be more Christmasy than ice skating with the kids under the stars, then enjoying a cup of cocoa while you go over the hilarious recap? South Lake Tahoe has two great facilities just for that: South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena and Heavenly Village Ice Rink. Both are conveniently located in town and offer additional info on their websites.
Go Snowshoeing or Cross-Country Skiing

Throw on the Santa hats and head over to Mountain Sports Center at Camp Richardson. No gear necessary. Just show up and we’ll suit your whole family up with snowshoes or cross country skis. Then, head out for a holiday fun day on our six miles of gorgeous groomed trails. Afterward, stop by The Beacon Bar & Grill for dinner and some R&R.
